We will offer current, relevant, cutting-edge trainings as well as Virtual Zoom trainings.

We also offer site trainings which we can provided at your office for an additional fee.

We do have our Gateway Clinical Intervention Training which is a 25-hour training and option for Endorsement.
PAYMENT POLICIES
-We maintain a "non-Refund" policy.
-In the event of a non-emergency no-show, the fees paid are not refundable.
-In the event of an emergency no-show, our client may use the fees paid towards a future training. -The client is required to provide proof to be considered for this option. This special consideration must be used within the first 120 days after the approval.
-Clients are responsible for costs required, materials and or resources i.e., books, workbooks. Journals, etc., except when they are specifically offered as a part of what we are providing.
-Again, our organization maintains a non-return, non-refund policy for any media purchased at trainings or direct purchases.
-Requests for duplicate/lost certificates, we asses and upfront fee of $35.00.
-Research for lost certificates is $125.00 hourly.
-Any request needed 7 days or less, accessed $25.
-When you use our online payment option, we do may add a small admin/pay pal fee to the registration cost (not usually).
-If you are not able to follow our easy customer friendly registration and payment process to take a training, and require multiple calls, text or emails and require staff assistance (unreasonable), we may assess additional fees to cover our staff time at $2.00 per minute or $125.00 per hour. We may also ask you to forego the training.
-If you do not pay for fees owed, we reserve the right to reverse all special/reduced fees and request our actual costs/fees.
Although we have rarely pursued these fees, to discontinue the loss of valuable staff time and loss of finance and unpaid staff time, these fees may be applied.
The criteria have been in effect for many years, it is not a new criterion.
This criterion also applies to clients who compromise the integrity of our organization, staff time and or losses due to their choice to ignore renewal and or surrender requirements and/or criteria.
The fees of $2.00 per minute or $125.00 per hour can be required from client.
